Artificial Intelligence Technology Solutions, Inc. (OTC: AITX) announced today that demand for its ROAMEO™ Gen 4 autonomous mobile security robot is accelerating, with deployments set to approach the 100-unit mark.
The company revealed that a large enterprise recently submitted a quote request for 100 ROAMEO units, while a Fortune 500 client launched a pilot program that could scale up to 60 robots. To meet this surge, AITX subsidiary Robotic Assistance Devices (RAD) has doubled its production commitment from 50 to 100 units, with the first deployments beginning this month.
The momentum underscores ROAMEO’s growing role in transforming the $50 billion U.S. security services industry. Since its launch earlier this year, ROAMEO has gained traction across retail, higher education, logistics, and public safety, boosted by RAD’s nationwide “ROAMEO Road Trip” demo tour and recent executive hires.
“Requests for 100-unit quotes and Fortune 500 pilots are clear signals that the industry is moving quickly toward autonomous mobile security,” said Steve Reinharz, CEO/CTO of AITX and RAD. “We’re committed to leading this transformation for clients, partners, and shareholders.”
ROAMEO Gen 4 is a 6’9”, 1,600-pound robot equipped with AI-powered threat detection, autonomous navigation, obstacle avoidance, and self-charging capabilities. Designed for expansive outdoor environments, it replaces repetitive human patrols with continuous coverage, faster response, and measurable cost savings.
RAD projects that with 100 units in production, annual recurring revenue could double from $3–4 million to $6–8 million, cementing ROAMEO as a cornerstone of its growth strategy.
The company continues to court enterprise and government clients with large outdoor properties and multi-site security needs, positioning ROAMEO as a cost-efficient, scalable solution for a sector rapidly embracing AI-driven autonomous patrols.
